A hamadryad is an old tree spirit with a deep connection to the natural world. The Bloomdancer in particular gathers the woodfolk through magical song and dance in defence of their home. Two dryads answer her call and a cheeky little wood sprite tries their best to keep up.
Kinsfolk Miniatures is the home of whimsical miniatures sculpted by Harry Atkins. I design 28-32mm models for your tabletop adventures - or simply for the joy of painting. My philosophy is to make miniatures that are characterful, simple and fun to paint. They may also be silly and/or spooky.
These models are digitally sculpted and are available as STL files via the MyMiniFactory website. You can also support my art by becoming a member on Patreon or MMF Tribes for only £5. Supporters will get access to any minis I make within the month as and when I complete them - I don't have a strict schedule. You also get a 50% discount on all my digital miniatures. Your contribution supports all digital and physical aspects of Kinsfolk Miniatures.
I have now started to delve into traditional, hand-sculpted miniature creation. This gargoyle trio are cast in resin and were originally made from polymer clay. At some point in the future I want to sell a unique range of resin minis and potentially fund the moulds via Kickstarter. Please follow my social media for updates. I will share work-in-progress and early news via Patreon and Tribes.
My name is Harry Atkins and I like to make stuff. This website is focused on my sculpting journey. This is all a bit self-indulgent, but I wanted to take a ‘human’ approach to how I present my art.
I would love to help foster a happy, positive and friendly vibe across all my social media spaces. I want to make cool things, but I want to check out your cool stuff too! Feel free to connect with me on your preferred platform and share your creativity with me. My discord server is now available to join - please share your paint jobs of my minis there! Become my kinsfolk and spread some positivity, compassion and kindness online.
